Youth Ministry Vision
A Community to Belong
and Be Transformed in Christ
Our
vision is to be a family of youth that encourages each other to passionately follow
Christ with our whole lives as servant leaders in His kingdom. All youth from 7th to 12th
grade are welcome to join us wherever you are on your spiritual journey.
All
of our youth ministry experiences aim to be:
o Christ
centered:
leading youth to worship Jesus Christ with their whole lives and grow in
maturity as servants in His kingdom
o Relationally
connected: equipping youth to be the Body of Christ in community with each other and mentoring relationships with caring adults
o Theologically
sound: grounding youth in Word of God
and the apostolic faith of the Church
o Mission oriented: empowering youth to follow Jesus to change their daily lives and culture
around them
o Adventurous
and passionate: calling youth to an adventurous
journey of passionate commitment, sacrifice, risk, and difficulty
