Lucy Finn has been the church secretary since 2005 at St. John Lutheran Church. Prior to that she was the Administrative Assistant at Community School where her daughter Kelsey attended school. She also has over 10 years of experience as a Dental Assistant and attended VWCC.
Originally from St. Louis, MO, her dad was transferred with N&W to the Roanoke area when she was 3 and she grew up in Salem. She has a sister, Julie (Moyock, NC) and 2 brothers, Jimmy & William (Richmond & Salem). Her parents still live in the family home in Salem. She was raised Catholic.
She has a beautiful daughter Kelsey, who resides in Kennesaw, GA. After losing her precious dog Talulah in the summer of 2016 she has now adopted a cat, Latte Da!
She is a member of several Meetup groups including: Roanoke Outdoor/Social club, Creative Minds for Good Causes, Dining Enthusiasts, and the 5 o’clock group.
She also works at Blue 5 as a hostess and in the summer as a pool attendant.
