The Interfaith Hospitality Network is a ministry among churches in
the Roanoke Valley which focuses on helping homeless families find jobs
and places to live while providing the caring touch of compassionate
enabling friends. St. John serves as a "host congregation" in that
network several times each year, providing food, sleeping space, and
Christian fellowship for families in a temporary crisis situation.
