The Senior group is active and on the go! Every Tuesday morning, they gather at the church for STEP exercise – “Stretching Toning Exercising with Prayer,” a low impact chair exercise class. Afterward, all are welcome for breakfast and Mexican Train Dominos. And – on the third Thursday each month, the group gathers for a pot luck lunch and informational program at the church or for a local excursion to places like the D-Day Memorial, Peaks of Otter, local wineries and bus outings.
